The product strategy for the marketplace was not only to attract buyers and sellers, but primarily to attract new agents. We satisfied all three user groups by placing the agent central to each property, creating confidence of a personal service and demonstrating agent's independence.
When Moveli first approached us, they had four agents signed up. The Marketplace became central to the business and attracted new agents to join, and is now 20+ agents strong, a 500% growth.
